Jim Crane
A long time resident of Los Angeles, Jim has been in the industry for almost 10 years. He began his career with a large international brokerage firm where he proved himself as a successful sales associate from the beginning. His role as a real estate consultant and information source places him in the top echelon amongst his colleagues in the industry.
His focus is on education and consulting with his clients on increasing their net worth with a solid real estate portfolio. Whether it's the purchase of a primary residence or several income properties, Jim's commitment to service is above and beyond the norm.
Areas of his expertise range from Los Feliz to Bel Air and North Hollywood to HancockPark. Jim is knowledgeable in all areas of residential real estate including singe family residences, income properties, foreclosures & short sales to name a few.
Born and raised in Des Moines, IA and graduated from the University of Iowa with a B.A. in Secondary Special Education. Jim is incredibly active in the community and does extensive fundraising for Aid for Aids, Meals on Wheels and Being Alive Organizations. He also serves as a Board Member for the West HollywoodRecoveryCenter. |
